The pre-primary section
The classrooms are spacious, the walls are decorated with colourful play and learn equipment that adds to the delight of every child.
Children are given every opportunity to develop towards their full potential appropriate to his/her age. This is achieved by using an innovative approach to encourage each child’s natural urge to explore and absorb impressions from a rich and stimulating environment through natural surroundings, contrived situations and activities.
We follow a development-oriented and child-centred approach with an emphasis on the child’s active interaction with the environment and development of concepts, attitudes, readings, writings, figures, and facts following the natural rhythm of things.
With an ideal teacher-student ratio, there is time for necessary one to one attention and interaction.
We consider constant communication with parents very important throughout the school year.
Beyond the books
Primary school
Here we value the all-round development of the growing child, addressing the social, physical, emotional and cultural needs of each individual along with their intellectual needs. By creating a relevant, challenging, and integrated academic curriculum we have emphasized the child's self-reliance, self-discipline and high academic standards. We aim at the development of key concepts, skills, attitudes, actions and knowledge, for which students are encouraged to explore academic subjects.
Middle School
The middle school programme aims to enhance academic achievements through the study of a broad range of disciplines. We enable the students to practice effective study skills. We aim to encourage social development, cultural awareness and a genuine understanding of others.
Secondary School
The secondary school programme prepares students for the board exams so that students gain a high percentage. We aim to strengthen students' effective study skills.
Helping them instil a sense of responsibility to promote liberty and justice and protect their and other’s right to promote common welfare. We enable students to plan their future careers and aid them in their preparation.
Activities relating to art and culture not only help an individual deal with work-related stress but also help in developing a creative approach to problem-solving. The school provides educational visits to various places, indoor and outdoor games and various competitions to showcase the child's talents for personality development.
Assessment
We have adopted a system where every child is observed throughout the year for promotion to the next class, thus stressing friendly learning and strengthening of fundamental concepts. Our core is continuous assessments which are done through periodical tests, semester examinations and day to day observations of the students' activities.
Promotion
Promotion to higher class is granted by the Principal's / Director’s decision based on self-assessment examination results and opinion of the teachers concerned. Each decision will be final. The minimum marks required for promotion will be 40%.
